More than just a piece of dough
When people in Naples talk about "pizza," they don't mean any old flatbread. They mean pizza . Thin in the middle, fluffy on the edges, baked in 90 seconds at over 450 degrees Celsius in a wood-fired oven—that's the original Neapolitan pizza .

The list of ingredients is simple, almost purist: Type 00 flour, water, yeast, salt – and the dough is ready. It's topped with classic San Marzano tomatoes , mozzarella di bufala or fior di latte , fresh basil, and a dash of extra virgin olive oil. No frills – just real quality.
Since 2017, the "Art of Neapolitan Pizza Baking" has even been a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Anyone who has ever sat in a pizzeria in the heart of Naples while the pizzaiolo twirls the dough knows: This isn't fast food—it's culture.
Enjoy your meal!
